My cancellation policy is simple...

If you give me at least 24 hours notice that you need to cancel or reschedule, then that is sufficient. Otherwise, in order to reschedule, you will be subject to a $50 fee.

The exception is if you have booked a make-up artist for your shoot, you must place a non-refundable deposit of 50% via Paypal.

If you have booked make-up, you must reschedule within 48 hours in order to keep your deposit towards your session. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hrs from the shoot date/time, the make-up artist will keep your 50% and you will have to place an additional 50% deposit if you wish to schedule a new time.

**LATE ARRIVAL POLICY**

Please be ON TIME to your headshot session. If you have a booking, this means I am expecting you to show up and therefore, you can assume I have been waiting for you for 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Whatever amount of time you are late will be taken as part of your session. If you're 15 minutes late, then your shoot will be 15 minutes less than your booking time.

If you're having a last minute crisis and need to reschedule, then please call me ASAP. My phone number will be sent via email when you make your booking.

If you are 45 mins or more late for your session, I will do your session with an additional fee of $50 if I have the time slot available. If I do not have an open session, you will have to rebook for another time with the $50 "I Waited For You" fee!

There are no REFUNDS for any fees paid in advance.
